Visiting this site
This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or advertising scripts. It is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. When you load a page, Cloudflare's servers process the technical data every web server needs to deliver a page: your IP address, the page requested, the time, and your browser's identifying string. Cloudflare keeps short-lived logs for security and operation. We do not use them to identify individual visitors. Fonts are served from this site, not from a third-party font service.
The legal basis is our legitimate interest in delivering a working, secure website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
When you contact us
If you email or call us, we receive what you send: usually your name, business, email address or phone number, and your message. We use it to reply, to arrange a call, and, if you go ahead, to set up the work. The legal basis is the steps you asked us to take before a possible contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). We keep this correspondence for up to twelve months after our last exchange unless a contract follows; if it does, it becomes part of the client record and is kept for the statutory retention periods for business correspondence and invoices.
Email to info@stirpio.com is received and stored by Zoho Mail, our email provider, in its European Union data centre.
Where data goes
Two providers process data on our behalf under data processing terms: Cloudflare (hosting), in the United States and the European Union, and Zoho (email), in the European Union. Where data leaves the European Union, it does so under the standard contractual clauses or the EU–US Data Privacy Framework, as applicable to the provider.
Your rights
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, ask us to restrict how we use it, object to processing based on our legitimate interests, and receive the data you gave us in a portable form. Write to info@stirpio.com. You also have the right to complain to a data protection authority; for us that is the Landesbeauftragte für Datenschutz und Informationsfreiheit Nordrhein-Westfalen, Düsseldorf, Germany.
If you are in the United States, we do not sell personal information and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising. Requests under state privacy laws can be sent to the same address.
Changes
If this page changes in a way that matters, the date at the top changes with it.
